Vinification and maturation:
Early hand harvesting into crates at the end of August. Fermentation in controlled conditions at 14°C. After fermentation the wine is aged with lees (sur lie method) for three months, followed by preparation and bottling.

Aromatic profile of the wine:
Young, dry and fruity chardonnay. Distinct fruit and floral flavours of acacia, citrus fruits - mostly lemons - and in traces lime and tropical fruits. Notes of gooseberry and field flowers are present as well. It is a very rich wine, highly drinkable, fresh and elegant.
